Q: Advertisement is not playing, what should I do?
A: Please make sure you have internet connection.  It may take a few minutes under good network condition to cache the first ad.  Please wait and see if the ad appears.  If the problem persists, try restarting the game or your device.
 

Q: I am unable to make in-app-purchases. What should I do?
A: Please make sure you have internet connection and logged into the app store.

Q: Why can't I cancel the items?
A: The items need to match and all the blocks need to drop in place before you can cancel them.
 

Q: How do you earn hearts?
A: You earn hearts by canceling the matching desired items from the customers. Two places you can find this info: 1.) the icon next to remaining moves/customers and 2.) the customer's think bubble.
 

Q: I am not getting the item I need on the left hand side. What can I do to get the item I need?
A: You can try to click on the refresh button (the flashing red button with a down arrow) to get a new set of items. However, it requires Golden Check(s) to use this feature.  Golden Checks can be obtained through treasure chests and through in-app-purchase.
